If you enter naked and with dry skin, the heat reaches the skin without hindrance, on the contrary the positive effect is reduced if absorbed by the clothing we wear.

With clothes, the parts of the body that remain covered are kept warm and humid, optimal conditions for bacteria and fungi to develop.

Remember that swimwear is made from synthetic materials and it is not pleasant to sweat while wearing it.

Environmental hygiene
You will agree on the antigenic condition of having clothes when diving into water, consider the fact that the sweat then remains in the water.
